To what extent does the artist‘s path depend on weather conditions and institutional connections?
The work Weather Flag was made in the context of Seeing Artists Voices, a project curated by Miguel von Hafe Pérez. For this project, several artists were invited to create a personal flag that would then be hung on a private or public building around the city of Porto, Portugal. Jankowski‘s flag depicts the artist himself hanging in the air while holding onto the curator‘s feet. For now, above the city, both the artist and the curator‘s feet go where the wind blows.
