For Kunst auf der Zeil (Art along the Zeil), an exhibition that took place in display windows along the main street in Frankfurt’s shopping district, Jankowski created a work for the Disney store. He interviewed the manager of Disney Germany on in-house matters. Then he formed the questions and responses into speech bubbles, which he hung in the display window above the Disney characters’ heads. The Beast asks, »Based on which criteria do you hire employees?« Bella responds, »Excitement, flexibility during the workday, and teamwork.« Jankowski’s work thus confronts the naive, fantasy world of Disney with the multinational corporation standing behind it.
