In his artist’s edition for Parkett, a book series from Switzerland focused on contemporary art, Jankowski created a series of photographs depicting himself reading various back issues. In each image, Jankowski is shown reading an article about a different contemporary artist. In addition, the photographs were taken by various contemporary artists: Miguel Calderón photographed Jankowski reading an article about Isa Genzken and Stephen Balkenhol photographed him reading an article about Albert Oehlen. In the moment that each photograph was taken, the portrait of Jankowski turned into an artwork, but, further than that, the images present a ménage à trois of the three contemporary artists.
