Jankowski and four other artists – Fiona Banner, David Batchelor, Liam Gillick, and Bob & Roberta Smith – were invited by the artist Ryan Gander to serve cocktails of their own design at the Sunday Art Fair in London in 2010 – at an audaciously designed bar. Inspired by the other participants’ recipes, Jankowski made his cocktail by mixing theirs together. Fiona Banner made a Punch and David Batchelor made a Dorothy, so Jankowski mixed one part Punch with one part Dorothy and called it The Fiona Batchelor. Following the same logic, he also created The Fiona Gillick, The Liam Banner, The David Smith, and The Bob & Roberta Batchelor – among others.
